How do you handle confidentiality and NDAs?
Every interpreter and translator on an enterprise engagement signs a non-disclosure agreement, and we will execute your company's own NDA on request. Consultations are confidential, and sensitive documents and negotiation details are handled with strict discretion.
Which services are included at the enterprise level?
Enterprise engagements combine simultaneous and consecutive interpretation, booth staffing, executive meeting support, product-demo interpretation, business document translation, and travel coordination. We do not provide legal or medical translation, as those require credentials we do not claim.
Is there a minimum commitment for enterprise service?
Enterprise engagements sit well above our standard $1,000 project minimum because they include a dedicated team and account management. For a single meeting or a smaller need, our standard services or per-show plans are usually the better fit.
How far in advance should enterprise clients engage you?
We recommend engaging at least 6 to 8 weeks before a major conference. Early engagement guarantees interpreter availability during peak Las Vegas show weeks and gives your dedicated team time to learn your products and prepare terminology.
